the Mindfulness talk SET-UP
The talk will take you through the foundation of the mindfulness practice and what the benefits are - both as individuals and as a team. By the end of the talk, everyone will have the hands-on tools to set up a daily mindfulness routine. The talk is around 20-30 minutes, followed by a 15-minute guided meditation to take the words into practice. Afterward, the participants will have the chance to ask questions and reflect on thier experience.
