the weekly mindfulness set-up
A mindful work culture where employees are offered weekly meditations is proven to be an efficient tool to reduce increased employee stress levels, boost creativity, and improve collaboration and acceptance between colleagues. Therefore, I offer weekly guided meditations on-site for companies that are dedicated to promoting and living a healthy culture at their workplace.
In mindfulness meditation, you pay attention to your thoughts and feelings as they pass through your mind while you do your best to notice when the mind starts to wander. With time and practice, you begin to watch your mind from a healthier perspective. Sessions can be held in English or Swedish.

The practice combines concentration with awareness, and we use different focal points in order to observe the mind. It can be the breath, noises, and various other sensations.
